{"id":4022,"date":"2022-07-11T18:21:54","date_gmt":"2022-07-11T16:21:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.studiobrancaleone.it\/news\/?p=4022"},"modified":"2022-07-11T19:00:59","modified_gmt":"2022-07-11T17:00:59","slug":"mise-formazione-4-0-credito-dimposta-per-imprese","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.studiobrancaleone.it\/news\/mise-formazione-4-0-credito-dimposta-per-imprese\/","title":{"rendered":"MiSE, Formazione 4.0 credito d\u2019imposta per imprese"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico ha firmato il Decreto per potenziare il credito d\u2019imposta alle imprese per la <strong>Formazione 4.0<\/strong> promuovendo le competenze digitali dei lavoratori con un nuovo sistema di certificazione delle attivit\u00e0 formative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per garantire un sistema efficace di <strong>attivit\u00e0 formative 4.0<\/strong> e sviluppare nuove competenze digitali tra i lavoratori \u00e8 riconosciuto alle imprese un <strong>credito d\u2019imposta potenziato<\/strong> fino al 70% per le piccole e al 50% per le medie, nel caso in cui questi servizi siano eseguiti da soggetti certificati dal Ministero dello Sviluppo economico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u2019 quanto stabilisce il decreto attuativo firmato dal ministro che rende operativo il nuovo regime fiscale agevolativo sulla formazione 4.0 &#8211; previsto nel Decreto legge \u201cAiuti\u201d &#8211; al fine di rafforzare i percorsi formativi in modo che siano coerenti alla <strong>trasformazione tecnologica<\/strong> dei processi produttivi e legati ai fabbisogni delle imprese nell\u2019ambito del <strong>piano transizione 4.0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In particolare, le nuove aliquote del <strong>credito d\u2019imposta<\/strong> per la formazione 4.0 vengono incrementate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>dal 50% al 70%<\/strong> delle spese ammissibili nel limite massimo annuale di 300.000 euro per le<strong> piccole imprese<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>dal 40% al 50 %<\/strong> delle spese ammissibili nel limite massimo annuale di 250.000 euro per le <strong>medie imprese<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per le <strong>grandi imprese<\/strong> il credito rimane al<strong> 30%<\/strong> delle spese ammissibili nel limite massimo annuale di 250 mila euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le attivit\u00e0 formative riguarderanno&nbsp;i settori delle vendite e marketing, informatica, tecniche e tecnologia di produzione, e dovranno essere svolte da<strong> soggetti qualificati esterni all\u2019impresa<\/strong>, tra cui rientreranno anche i centri di competenza ad alta specializzazione e gli<strong> EDIH<\/strong> (European Digital Innovation Hubs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A garanzia dell\u2019effettivo svolgimento delle attivit\u00e0 formative e del loro livello qualitativo sono inoltre introdotti specifici parametri che vincoleranno l\u2019erogazione del contributo agevolativo alla <strong>certificazione dei risultati<\/strong> conseguiti dai lavoratori, sia in termini di acquisizione che di consolidamento di competenze professionali 4.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il decreto \u00e8 stato inviato alla Corte dei Conti per la registrazione ed entrer\u00e0 in vigore dopo pubblicazione in Gazzetta ufficiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Sito internet: Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per informazioni<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mise.gov.it\/index.php\/it\/incentivi\/credito-d-imposta-formazione-4-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Credito d&#8217;imposta formazione 4.0<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico ha firmato il Decreto per potenziare il credito d\u2019imposta alle imprese per la Formazione 4.0 promuovendo le competenze digitali dei lavoratori con un nuovo sistema di certificazione delle attivit\u00e0 formative.
